These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Axioma Pay. Axioma
Pay is a brand name of Axioma Technologies. Axioma Technologies is
a subsidiary business owned and operated by DODITEC LTD. DODITEC
LTD is the overarching legal entity responsible for the operation
of Axioma Technologies and the Axioma Pay brand and is referred to
in these terms as the 'Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'. By accessing
our platform, software interfaces, or services, you agree to be
bound by these terms in your legal relationship with DODITEC LTD.
These Terms of Service apply to the website, mobile application,
administrative interfaces, onboarding pages, support flows, and any
software routing tools made available under the Axioma Pay brand.
1. Technical Service Provider (TSP) Status
Axioma Pay supplies software that transmits user-authorized billing
instructions to Stripe Connect Express. Axioma Pay does not provide
a stored-value wallet, open payment accounts, receive or hold
customer funds, or control settlement. Stripe processes payment
activity under the connected account's applicable Stripe
agreements. Each provider remains responsible for its goods or
services, customer relationship, tax position, refunds, disputes,
and legal compliance.
Axioma Pay is not a bank, electronic money institution, payment
institution, card issuer, merchant of record, credit provider, tax
adviser, or legal adviser. The platform is designed as a stateless
technical service layer: it helps users create, transmit, display,
and monitor payment instructions, while payment processing and
settlement are handled by Stripe and the connected account holder's
financial partners.
2. Eligibility, Account Access, and Authority
Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
and must have authority to act for the business or person they
represent. You are responsible for keeping login credentials,
device access, PINs, and biometric controls secure, and for all
instructions submitted from your account unless you can demonstrate
unauthorized use caused by our proven security failure.
3. User Conduct and Accurate Instructions
You must provide accurate recipient, customer, classification,
invoice, payment, subscription, tax, and settlement information.
You must not use Axioma Pay for unlawful goods or services, fraud,
sanctions evasion, misleading invoices, unauthorized subscriptions,
abusive conduct, or activity prohibited by Stripe or card-network
rules. You are responsible for reviewing Stripe-hosted payment
details before confirmation and for obtaining all notices,
permissions, and consents required for personal data supplied
through the platform.
4. Stripe Connect Relationship
Payment processing is provided by Stripe and may require a Stripe
Connected Account. By using payment, invoice, subscription, or
onboarding features, you agree to comply with the Stripe Connected
Account Agreement, Stripe Services Agreement, Stripe prohibited and
restricted business rules, applicable card-network rules, and any
other Stripe terms that apply to your role. Axioma Pay may suspend
or refuse software instructions that appear inconsistent with
Stripe requirements, law, sanctions controls, risk controls, or
platform safety requirements.
Users therefore enter into two separate but related relationships:
one with DODITEC LTD for use of the Axioma Pay software platform,
and one with Stripe for payment processing, Stripe Connect Express,
identity verification, risk checks, payout services, disputes, and
other Stripe-regulated or Stripe-operated services. Axioma Pay can
support software access, routing status, configuration, and
platform guidance. Stripe or the relevant connected account must
support card processing, payment acceptance, refunds,
chargebacks, payout timing, KYC review, and Stripe account
restrictions.
5. Platform Software Fees
Axioma Pay may charge a Platform Fee and optional platform markups
for use of its software routing infrastructure. The current
Platform Fee is 0.5% + 20p for a domestic one-off payment, 1.5% +
20p for a cross-border one-off payment, 1.5% for a domestic
subscription, and 2.5% for a cross-border subscription. Domestic
or cross-border status is determined at Checkout creation by the
customer's declared billing country compared with the connected
account's country; if no customer country is supplied, the payment
is treated as domestic. Optional Axioma Pay markups may apply where
a user selects or triggers additional features on one-off payments:
FX/routing markup 1.00% where currencies differ, Instant Payout
schedule markup 1.00%
where that payout route is selected by the connected account
holder and supported by Stripe, and Pay with Stripe balance markup
0.10% where that method is selected. Any Axioma Pay fees are disclosed to
providers where relevant. Buyers normally see the total amount
payable only.
Axioma Pay prices, markups, supported fee features, and charging
methods may change without prior notice. To know the latest Axioma
Pay prices, users and customers must check the current Terms of
Service and any provider-facing confirmation screen before
proceeding. Payments are processed by Stripe and may also be
subject to Stripe's separate terms with the relevant user. Axioma
Pay does not hold, custody, or control customer funds.

The Stripe pricing items in this table are included for user
transparency and reflect Stripe UK public pricing information
reviewed on 14 July 2026. They are not a promise by Axioma Pay that
Stripe will charge those exact amounts in every case. Stripe may
vary fees by country, payment method, connected account,
eligibility, risk, product availability, contract, or future price
update.
6. Refunds, Disputes, Taxes, and Customer Relationships
Providers remain responsible for the goods, services, invoices,
subscriptions, tax treatment, VAT or sales tax obligations,
refunds, chargebacks, complaints about underlying transactions, and
customer communications. Axioma Pay may show software status
information received from Stripe, but does not decide card disputes,
reverse bank transfers, guarantee settlement, or act as merchant of
record unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axioma Pay and DODITEC LTD
are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or
loss-of-profit damages, nor for Stripe downtime, banking delays,
network failures, chargebacks, tax liabilities, incorrect user
instructions, recipient errors, or losses caused by unauthorized
third-party access outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these
Terms of Service limits liability that cannot legally be limited,
including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Subscription Confirmation
Subscription payments are confirmed through Stripe-hosted Checkout.
A subscriber must complete the Stripe Checkout confirmation and any
required payment authentication before recurring billing begins.
Axioma Pay routes the subscription instruction to Stripe Connect
Express and does not hold, custody, or control customer funds. This
subscription confirmation process does not replace consumer
cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights that apply by law.
9. Availability, Suspension, Changes, and Termination
Platform access may be paused for maintenance, security, legal,
risk, regulatory, or operational reasons. We may update features,
fees, eligibility requirements, risk checks, or these Terms of
Service prospectively. We may suspend or terminate access where we
reasonably believe continued use may create legal, security,
payment-network, Stripe, or platform risk. Production use should be
reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.
