Axioma Pay does not accept deposits, hold customer balances, custody customer funds, or process card payments directly. Payments are processed by Stripe and routed through Stripe Connect Express. Stripe may process personal data under its own terms and privacy notices when users interact with Stripe-hosted onboarding, checkout, payment, or account-management services.

We may share information with service providers and processors where necessary to operate the platform.
