4. Payments and Stripe Connect
Axioma Pay does not accept deposits, hold customer balances, custody customer funds, or process card payments directly. Payments are processed by Stripe and routed through Stripe Connect Express. We do not sell personal data.
6. Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, access controls, authentication controls, and monitoring. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep the platform resilient and to respond promptly to security concerns.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, security, audit, support, and dispute-resolution purposes. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law, where needed to evidence transactions, or where Stripe or another independent controller has separate legal retention obligations.
